Initial Comments:
An onsite follow-up survey conducted on March 6, 2023, found that Thorndale Dialysis had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 494, Subparts A, B, C, and D, Conditions for Coverage of Suppliers of End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Services. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a Medicare recertification survey that was completed on January 11, 2023.
As a result of the survey, the condition level citations have been lifted.
